Legislation on VOIP
A post on The Blawg Channel talks about legislation concerning VoIP.
One of the biggest problems with VoIP getting into the home is the reliability of the cable network, for those on cable modems. Thankfully, there are people like MediaCell who are developing technology to make that a reality.
