My New Favorite Blog
My new favorite blog is rethink(ip).
Doug Sorocco, Matt Buchanan, and Stephen Nipper have combined to address several issues about the current state of patent law practice. I have been reading their individual blogs since last summer, but rethink(ip) is better than the sum of the parts.
I started my solo practice a year ago this week after several years at a law firm and many years as an engineer. I did so wanting to do things differently, addressing the shortcomings I found in the patent law field, having been on both sides of the desk as a patent practitioner and as an inventor. Rethink(ip) addresses many of the things I have seen over the years and I look forward to some interesting topics.

Comments
Thanks for the comments Russ -- there is a lot of rethinking that needs to happen out there surrounding intellectual property and particularly patent acquisition.
I know we will all be interested in your comments, critiques and suggestions.
Anything Under the Sun is required reading in my firm, by the way, so you got a great thing going here as well.
Best,
Douglas
