For over a year, I have been wanting to launch a new look and feel for my website and blog. The website is not up and running, but I am ready to kick the blog out of the basement and get it into the light. I have not been able to post as much as I would like, since I have been tweaking little things on the new blog.
I have switched to Expression Engine, which is a tremendously powerful Content Management System. I hope to have my “static” website operable on EE sometime soon.
A major focus of my blog has always been original content, and specifically content that may serve as a reusable reference. My tactic has been to write postings based on a current issue that I had faced, but I will spend more time fleshing out topics in a more structured format over the next year or so.
Along the right hand side of the blog is an indented list of my categories for existing posts. I see this as growing and expanding over time, and eventually filling out into a searchable and timely reference for patent practitioners, inventors, and businesspeople in the area of patents and intellectual property.
I welcome any comments or suggestions anyone may have regarding the new blog, and especially please shoot me an email if there is a problem that needs to be fixed.
